Reservation
  • A reservation can be made directly on the FUN2 Bulgaria website or by means of a travel agency. The person who books a reservation, be it for him/herself or any other person, is personally accountable for all obligations that result from making the reservation.
  • Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or by Internet. Both orally agreed upon and written reservations are legally binding.
  • A reservation can be cancelled or changed at any time. This is only possible after a written communication. A change of name is free of charge if chalet, hiring period remain and number of persons are the same. FUN2 Bulgaria will accept other modifications if possible (for example other hiring period) but is never obliged to accept. Additional costs may apply.
  • Errors and mistakes in the reservation process do not bind FUN2 Bulgaria.


    • Payment
  • Within 14 days aftermaking the reservation, 25% of the total invoice must be paid. The rest amount must be paid cash (euro/Leva) on arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks prior to your arrival, the total amount must be paid on arrival.
  • On failure to comply to the advance payment, FUN2 Bulgaria will communicate this in writing. You will than still be able to make the payment within 5 working days. If payment has not been received by then, the reservation will be cancelled.


    • Cancellation
  • Cancelling 8 weeks prior to arrival will result in annulment costs of 25% of the total invoice (your advance payment).
  • The total invoice does not include an annulment – and/or travel insurance. We recommend entering into these insurances separately.


    • Guarantee
  • A bond of € 150,00 or BGL 300,00 must be paid on arrival for each chalet applicable. The bond will be returned to you on departure or will be settled with possible expenditure/damage.
  • If the bond is not sufficient for the costs made, any remaining amount must be paid directly in cash.


    • Number of persons
  • The description states the maximum number of persons per chalet, which may be exceeded under no circumstances. If the number of persons exceeds the stated maximum, FUN2 Bulgaria will be entitled to refuse access to the chalet without any possible refund of the travel sum and/or bond.


    • Insurance / Responsible
  • The tenant is responsible for a good treatment of the rented property and is responsible for any damage which is caused by the tenant or other guests during their stay.
  • The all-inclusive use of the chalet (including garden/terrace) is for your own responsibility and risk. We want to attract attention to the fact that you yourself are at any time responsible for and keep supervision on your child. Whether them being in the house, in the garden or on the terrace.
  • We as a landlord accept no liability for theft, loss or damage of personal property, physical lesion or accidents causes to persons or goods during your stay in the chalet and surroundings.
